I have a yearly warrenty to have a service man come to the house to clean and check my Sony 50" Tv, this being the 5th year {I am so happy with the service that I renew my warrenty for two more years... I have asked for Everett for the past two years having had him for the past three years... He has successfully attained his "5" customer service goals and he willalways be the man I request when having my TV serviced... He is a "10" in my book!!!
