Pathetic emergency Service Ripoff

We bought a very expensive refridgerator from Sears 5 years ago. The compressor just went out 3 month after the warrenty expired which in itself for an 1800.00 appliance is ridiculous, but they can't get some one out to fix it for 10 days. We had bought the extended warrenty. We will make sure the warrenty is refunded but anyone who still things Sears is the home of reliable appliances and great in home service would be sadly mistake. After 30 yeasr of buying Kenmore I will NEVER buy another product
