Refrigerator Compressor Failed After Warranty, Ten Day Wait for Service

We bought a very expensive refrigerator from Sears 5 years ago. The compressor just went out 3 month after the warranty expired which in itself for an 1800.00 appliance is ridiculous, but they can't get some one out to fix it for 10 days. We had bought the extended warranty. We will make sure the warranty is refunded but anyone who still things Sears is the home of reliable appliances and great in home service would be sadly mistake. After 30 years of buying Kenmore I will never buy another product
