Brick horrible service

I am really disappointed in the service that you get. We bought our furniture from them 3 years age and also bought the 5 year warrenty. They came out and fixed our hutch 2 years ago and I called them to come and fix our reclining loveseat and was told they do not come out to our area for service. They said they changed 6 months ago and now if I want service I have to bring it to them. I bought the warrenty for a reason and if they did change service companies they should at least comply with the warrenty that I was sold. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING from them again and I have 2 sons who just bought houses and THEY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EITHER.
