Ripoff on warrenty My car under warrenty transmission has been fixed 3 times but not permanate by this location Trans is out again owner won't call me back warrenty is almost up $3000 problem

Cars & Transport

My transmission has been under warrenty at aamco tranmissions in harbor city for almost three years and it fails at about twice a year and it takes them two to three weeks to repair it each time. Al the owner also operates under the name H.C. Transmissions. The warrenty is almost up and 1 day after I had it last repaired under warrenty, the transmission went out the next day.

It seems that they are trying to fix it enough to get past the warrenty expiration date, and now the owner, Al, is not returning my calls. This is about a $3000 problem that has not come to an end, and my car is not worth a dime to be sold in the future because of this ongoing problem. I am a victim of warrenty fraud. Not to mention the money I've missed out on due to no transportaion, as they would not provide a rental car.
