You will be scammed by this company

I placed an order for contact lenses from this company. Several weeks went by and I had not heard from them. I call to see what's going on with my order. They said it shipped the day before. So I wait. It never comes. I call back to see what's going on. They say now it's on back order and never shipped. WTF? So I say, okay, just cancel the order. So they cancel the order. So I thought. Up to this point I had not been charged for the item. A few days later I see a charge posted on my bank account by them. I call them and they say they shipped my item. I remminded them that I called to cancel several days ago, and they admit someone made a mistake and forgot to notify the warehouse. I demand a refund but they tell me I have to wait to get it and send it back. I was not willing to wait however long to see if I got the item and then wait to see if they got it. I told them this was unacceptable. The girl I spoke to was very rude and shouted at me and basically told me "too bad, these things happen." I asked to speak with a supervisor over several calls to them and the supervisor was always "unavailable." I left messages for the supervisor and they never called me. Finally I filed a dispute with the BBB and with my bank. My bank refunded my money and for some reason I never got the package. Maybe they never shipped in the first place, I don't know. If you look around on the internet, you will also find many other complaints filed against these people.
