Xm b i was charged 139.97 to my acct for something that i cancelled

I ordered a 14 day trial and attempted to cancel several times by phone so on the 9th day i cancelled by e-mail because i would be put on hold for very long periods of time. You are suppose to cancel within 10 days, on day 11 i was charged 139.97 to my bank account. I was told by the supervisor robert estella that i would receive a refund but my order had already shipped and i would have to wait until i receive the order an send it back before i couldget a refund but i would not be getting the item for 2-3 weeks so that told me that something was wrong because it does not take an item that long to be mailed. I told him that i was unsatisfied with his answer and wanted to talk to his boss he stated that there was no one there over his head.

I stated that i wanted the item tracked and stopped so i could get a refund i was told (i don't know what to tell you) pretty much oh well! I told him that the company would be reported to the better business bureau and that my bank would be contacted for charging something that was unauthorized, he just pretty much said oh well it doesn't matter you will have to wait for your money until after we have the item then wait for it to get processed for you to get your money back so it could be at least 4-5 weeks or longer. This should be illegal and someone needs to stop this from happening, they should not be able to do this to people. Then they claim that oh well theres nothing they can do your just out of luck on your money. Someone has gotten to do something about these people.
