Efunding of visa fee

I would like to focus your attention upon very crucial point that may defame the good will of the fedex. It is stated that four months ago i had submitted fee for italian visa in the office of fedex there in faisalabad pakistan. After getting my documents back with the letter from italian embassy containing directions, to appear personally with visa fee. I forword an application to the station manager containing request of fee refunding. But no gain at all, even after taking several personal visits. It appears to me undiscipline and less effecient. I request to your grace to investigate the matter personally that why it is so delying or this is deliberate delay. And refund my fee back to me as soon as possible.
