I ordered something from them in late September. It took them about 15 minutes to charge my cc for something they didn't even have in stock. Then it was about a month before they actually shipped it. Then it was damaged in transit and returned to them. Then they said it would be shipped again on 02/02/10!!! Imagine that! I cancelled the order and it took at least a week to get them to even confirm that it was cancelled, even though they surely had a copy of their email with the 02/10 delivery estimate on it. Once I finally got the cancellation confirmation they said it would be 2 to 6 more days before I got my money returned. It's been 3 days now and still no word. I keep buggin gthem, but they don't make it easy, for sure.

My recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They care nothing about you.
My husband found out how much trouble I was having and ordered the same item from Amazon.com. It came before I have even gotten my money back from Mercantila.
Run for the hills with this one. Two thumbs enthusiastically down for them.
