Without restating everyone else's complaint, this guy is a liar. The money was used by his company to pay his company's bills including supporting him and his family who are the main cast of characters. There is no way that he didn't fully know that he was spending our money to support his company. Now we are faced with foreclosure of our house because we can't pay our bills since Doug has stolen $54,000 of our money. Meanwhile he is still out there spending money to go the IRS shows and stealing preparers money for next year's software without giving us a dime. He promises and never delivers. You would think this guy would understand our pain and sell his house or do whatever is necessary to take care of his customers. I think the only thing that will get this guy to pay anyone is to file a complaint with the District Attorney in Tennessee.
