Today is Nov. 8. On Oct. 17 I ordered a bed from this company. Upon order it said that the item was in stock and would be shipped within 2-3 days. It has still not shipped. I have emailed and gotten no responses. When I call, I am kept on hold forever and then told it will be shipped soon. I shop online for almost everything and this is the WORST experience I have ever had.
