You guaranteed that you had 2 bar stools in your warehouse - yes, the customer service represented that Mercantila has their own warehouse and that the itmes that I were requesting were in that warehouse. I personally knew that they were on back order throught the manufacture but your web site denoted that you had them in stock. That along with my phone call to customer service assuring that fact after checking, I ordered them. 10 minutes later 1,021.00 was removed from my account at 5:00pm. The next morning, I received shipping notification that they would not be shipped out for several weeks later. At 7:30am - upon this notification, I cancelled my order. I was very clear with the customerservice representative on this.

3 days later, I still do not have my refund back into my account. This needs to be taken care of ASAP
