I called about an apartment from the a web-site. So how I we're talking to Rent to Own which was the 866-952-3806. The person by the name Chris Cooper, was explaining to me about their services. I had told him i just wanted to know about renting a apartment or house. He proceed to tell me about their services. I was very confused about all that he was saying. I sign up with not a good understanding that they would fine me some where to leave., He secure me that I could cancel at any time. I cancel the very next day, because i wasn't sure about the services. I was referred to customer support, (the person by the name mitch! Was so very rude to me she hung the phone up on me, and said she's not helping me at all). I just want my money back, they never did any work for me or did i let them. My refund should be $ 199.00.
