This company lies, cheats and steals. Mercantila is not to be trusted. Ripoff

I ordered an exercise bike on dec 5 06. Kept calling mercantila to get shipping details. Kept getting same customer service person who always told me a new lie each day. "it will be there guarantee by Christmas, the shipper has shipped it and we await tracking, can't cancel or refund because the item has shipped". Then finally she tells me "the bike won't ship until the 28th".

These people are scary. They have 900.00 of my money and i have no way of getting it back. They keep telling me that the manufacturer has to ok the cancellation. Just like the manufacturer has to ok the tracking and shipping. The manufacturer is tunturi.

I now have been told to wait another 48 hours to get my refund. I don't believe a word they say and i will be doing whatever i can to fight them.

They are truly scary.
