Received a form letter from Insight indicating that I needed new mini converter boxes to continue to receive cable TV on my televisions. The letter indicated I could have as many mini boxes as I needed without any monthly charges until 2013. When I went to their web site to order the mini boxes (www.610upgrade.com) it said I needed to call 888-333-1965 if I needed 4 or more boxes. Since I needed 8 I made the call. I was then told that up to 3 would have been mailed to me for me to install but because I wanted 8 they would have to be delivered and installed by a technician and a service charge. I have two complaints about this. 1. They seem to feel that I am competent to install 3 boxes myself but I need their help for 8. I don't. 2. They never mentioned the requirement for a service technician to install these boxes and that there would be a charge. I feel Insight needs to honor their advertising and supply the 8 boxes without a charge and without a service technician.
