When they came and changed out my old cable boxes to the new cable boxes, I was told I was able to receive a free DVR. I approved of the free product and service and was astonished I was getting something for free, however I was wrong when they installed the new cable boxes they gave me two DVR's and are charging me monthly for the one. I looked at my bill this month and noticed that I am also getting charged with an upgrade broadband service that I never even approved. I only need internet access and cable however I am paying over $150.00 a month for that. I feel as thou that is crazy and I believe I am getting totally ripped off. When I asked customer service to downgrade the one DVR, she said that I would be charged for the technician to come switch out the box, because nothing is wrong with the box. I asked if he is coming ot install the box, why would I be charged again for him to pick up the upgraded DVR box. She explained that that is their policy. I think I am going to do some research and see how I can get some type of service for a reasonable price.
