Insurance claim lies - Bank of America Property Claims Division

My story is the same-A tornado did major damage to my house June 5. Sent checks in to be endorsed as instructed and sent in all paper work that they asked for. BOA still has $61000 of my money and has had it since June 26 (this is Aug. 17th). Just like everyone else, when I call I get a different person every time-long waits on hold-lies to when they will send my money. I think we should all get together and file a class action suit!!! This is the worst bank ever!
