This is a very long story but, I'll try to make it brief. I paid off my mobile home in June of due to a lot of errors on serveral people my title is in limbo. Papers were not completed as they should have been ie: my Mortgage paper should have had description of property and make and model, vin number of mobile home these were not on papers. Originally I financed with Countrywide when they went under Bank Of America picked up the loan an assignment of lein holder was not sent to the county therefore the count will not release the title to me because they do not recognise Bank Of America as the lein holder.in addition to that they claim they do not have the title Bank America has and Bank America claims the county has, I wish they would fight it out between the two of them but, no they have me as the go between and I can't get anywhere.
Please I ahve tried endlessly and no one will help me, Please, Please help me.
