Bank of America - Insurance claim

I had a kitchen fire going on 4 months. The first check they wrote had mine and my ex on it. My ex refused to help. Called the bank they told my what paper work to send in to take care of the probleem. No it's going on 3 months I still haven't received my first check in my name. I call all the time and get a different excuse. I've talked to supervisor and managers. No help. The insurance company sent my money to bank of america they have it and refuse to send it to me. I have two daughters, no kitchen and smoke damage through the house. Help.
