Jacket - Customer service availability

Ordered 2 jackets n late Nov. Or Dec. I jacket was soiled & sent back with a replacement. Upon opening pkg. To put jacket away for summer. Noticed a big slash on the jacket. Called Haband on 5/7/10 waited for almost 8 min. On the phone for a customer rep. Finally hung up and decided to try the computer. My complaint is don;t know address or were to send back
the jacket and again I have to pay the postage to send it back for a 2nd time. I don't have my customer number for this item.
