Wrong color jacket

I purchased 2 of The North Face Jackets from this web site which is out of Hong Kong, China in which I did not know until I received the jackets. I ordered these jackets on December 11, and did not receive the jackets until December 26. I opened the jackets to find out that the mens jacket that I had ordered was the wrong color. Be aware if you order anything from here and it is wrong on there part they will tell you that you have to pay for the shipping to send it back. I called DHL which is whom it was shipped to me through and they told me that it would cost me $113.00 to send this jacket back. I only give $177.00 for both of the jackets why would I want to pay $113.00 to ship one jacket back, who is to say that I would get the right color then. I have chatted with numerous people through there website because they do not have a ligiment phone number and the people you chat with will ignore you when you ask for the phone number. The people are extremely rude. I had one ask me why I was so upset because the color was wrong why did't I just keep it and not worry about it. Everytime that I chat with them about they chat with me for a while and just disapear from the chat. I told them that they where going to pay for my shipping to send this jacket back and they told me that there policy would not let them do this. So BE EXTREMELY AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!! Now I am stuck with one jacket is what I ordered and the other one I hate.
