Avoid Like the Plague

I ordered an NFL team winter jacket for a Christmas present. It was tried on, found to be too small, put the jacket immediately back in the box, went through the process of returning the jacket for an exchange (postage paid for by me for the second time).

Received and email 3 weeks later that they are unable to process the exchange because there were animal hairs found all over the outside and inside of the jacket as well as dirt on the cuff! AND that they are returning the jacket to me and they are charging the postage to me again! I have had to leave messages to challenge this decision. No real person yet. Very unsatisfied customer.
