Big Scam

Order confirmation for a subscription 7 months ago. Dozens of emails and no replies later I still have to receive the magazine ordered.
Extremely frustrating affair. Is there a hole in the regulations that this company can continue to do business with so many complaints going around on several websites?

If I would have the knowledge I might consider sending them a virus via mail so their website is disabled and cannot seduce other people into paying for non existing subscriptions. The worst internet buying experience by far!!
