First of all I have only had verizon for a week and 4 days out of that week my cable has completely stopped working. This leads to the horrible customer service I now have to deal with. I have called 3 different times and waited on hold for over 45 min with no answer. When I finally did get a hold of someone they told me they could not find my account with every piece of information I had given them when I signed up for services. I told the guy I had spoken with someone a few days before and they had no problem finding my acct with my number and his response in a rude tone 'like I told you, I already used your number and nothing is showing up by doing that. Don't know what else to tell you'. Want to talk about being unprofessional? Then I said never mind ill call back to speak to someone else and he came back with 'um, if you would just HOLD ON I guess I can look for it another way'. He found it instantly and then asked ' what do you even need again?' It was by far one of the rudest conversations I've had with someone in customer service.
