My computer hard drive crashed, some items on the device I was able to retrieve and some was not. Being that this is my business computer it took me for a loop when this happened. Im not happy at the moment with the service that i received in the store by Mr. Brad Haralson - He made me feel as if i should have had a back up hard drive and I wouldn't be in this present state. When my business flash before my eyes and I didn't know if it would be the last time I saw my important files, I was in tears. Im not Happy with my Mac book or the store manager. When i was spending thousands of dollars everybody was happy, now that i want my money back there is a problem. Can someone contact me ASAP Please.
