Sold me a new hard drive claiming the old one was bad ripoff

My computer crashed when I was partition a hard drive and it couldn't boot. So, I took it to CTP computer store to fix it. I was told that I need a new hard drive because the existing one was useless. A well-known computer retailer had a case for sale. I put the old one and checked out the drive and it was fine. I was able to partition it.

A week later I went to the store with my son. I calmly asked him why he sold me the new HD. He started to tremble and started to take to HD case without listening to me. I repeated to him. He then said, "If you don't like my service, I will give you a refund."

I went back almost 6 weeks later to get a refund. Now the owner is saying it's too late!
