I purchased a large screen laptop to replace my ageing desktop.
After six months of use the screen developed a hairline fracture and HP refused fix it. They say it was damaged and won't fix it, even though they admit there is no physical evidence for it - I say it is a design flaw, too large a screen with too little support.in either case after owning three HP's I've bought my last.
