I purchased a HP notebook from Best Buy 3 years ago. The screen went BAD one year after I bought it, and after replacing with another screen, I started getting lines on the screen. Now, it is totally not working and paid close to $500 for this machine which was a totally piece of crap. I tell everyone do not buy an HP, they do not hold up.
