HP lost my recommendation forever - HP Pavillion dv5-1388n

Customer service means being nice and helping you out. This freaken jerk named Abubakar was so rude to me he made me feel stupid and less of a person. I do not have a credit card and they needed one on file as collateral. My husband was at school and I said can I call back to give him the number and he said oh you do have a credit card why don't you just give it to me. I was mad cuz I didn't obviosuly because I would have gave it to him. So I explained to him my husband is not here. The whole time he was checking my computer he was so rude. HP I know I am not the only person to complain about tech support but please please train them better. I also know who am I and I'm only one person, and I don't really matter, but I'm still a person. I seriously do not want to call at all anymore. I am going to consider selling my HP notebook and getting something else just because of the customer service. I will never look at HP the same because of this.
