TSA Pavillion notebook PC is a joke on the customer! Ripoff

I wish I'd researched Hewlett Packard before ever purchasing the Notebook Pavillion. It has had display issues almost from the git-go, and tech support, whom I can never understand because they speak very broken english, cannot tell me anything more than it'll be there in two more days, it'll be there next week, now, it'll be there Feb 8th.

This notebook is three months old and, in my opinion, is being held hostage by HP, where it's been since January 7th of this year. The display screen stopped lighting up and I couldn't read a thing. I sent it in after being told it would be 7-10 business days, and that they would thoroughly go over everything, and today January 29, I was again told it would be returned within the next 10 days.

I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, but have been told that supervisors do not respond to calls. The customer service guy tried to get a case manager to talk to me, but none was available. He then took my phone number and promised they would call me back, but they never did. I then called Palo Alto,
California, 650-857-1501, and asked for a case manager, and they were all busy, but he took my information and said one would call me back tonight, and they never did.

I am wondering if I am ever going to see my notebook again? I think HP has very questionable customer service practices, and am hoping that a class-action suit can be brought against them!

To anyone reading this, I hope you haven't invested in an HP notebook because you will get ripped off!
