We have been receiving daily phone calls from 1-917-668-9395 followed by "unknown caller" for three months asking for someone we don't know. Telling them we don't know the person had no effect so we no longer answer their calls. How can this harrassment be allowed? Being on the do not call registry certainly does no good.
