I had an employee of Vitel call my house today looking for someone else. He was rude and hateful. Threating myself and my husband because we refused to give him any information about the person he was looking for. He tried to tell us that the person he was calling for gave him our phone number as a contact. This is totally untrue. The person he was looking for would never have given him our phone number. When we tried to call back to ask them to take our phone number off the call list another employee got rude and hateful and hung up on me. Tried to call again and they put me back through to the same man that called the first time. He again got rude ahd hateful and threating when I asked to speak to his supervisor. He started screaming at me and acting like a total jerk. When you call someone and want something you should be nice and polite, you will probably get more information that way. Anyway, I now have to go to my doctor to get my blood pressure done as I think they may have caused me to have some health problems. The employees at Vitel should never talk to anyone on the phone or in person.
