Advanced Fabrication Refusal of payment for services rendered under signed contract

This company has refused payment in writing for services rendered. I went above and beyond our written and signed contract. They asked for an additional change to which I wasn't willing to make (it wasn't in our contract), and they threatened not to pay me for my prior work until I made further changes.

My contract stipulates an allowance of 2 change revisions. I made a total of 5 out of courtesy and they were not minor. It also stipulates that materials are properly presented at the beginning of a project to which they provided completely incorrect and unfinished materials.

When I addressed these issues, the owner demanded that I make further, unreasonable changes for him and that he wouldn't reimburse me for my time and hard work otherwise.

I would not do business with these people as they do not know how to properly treat their contractors, pay them very low wages, and obviously do not recognize their hard work.
