Dear complaint manager, below is the email response i received back from vendor (no store, phone etc were given.

I paid a total of $64.70 for a software program they advertised on shopzzilla was chessbase 9 a software chess program

It was $50.95 plus the added shipping costs

Never received item, was paid for in december on credit card
