Breach of contract, None Payment per contract, Contract Fraud

We provided Services to a property at 2217 S Clayton, per contract dated December 4. She breachd the contract, attempted to solicitate our workers to do "side work" for her, and has refused to pay for the services that were rendered.

She has threatened our staff, and Refused to honor the contract. Even going so far as to call the police for our serving papers on her.

The Broker that manages the branch of Remax has stated that he will stand beside his agents. Not interesed in the facts or dealing with dishonest persons.

Contracting for work to be done, and not paying per the agreement is stealing.
