Didn't honor contract, shoddy work

Tuscany Tile promised, in a contract, to provide competent workmanship, timely service and all necessary trim to complete our bathroom project. The tile setter was incompetent, never on time and couldn't follow written directions. Salesperson did not listen and did not include all items we asked for. When it was installed incorrectly, we made them repair it. After complete they sent us a bill for additional work. The contract said that no work would be completed without a signed change order. They did not tell the truth nor did they honor the terms of the contract. We would definitly NOT recommend using them for any tile work in your house.
