Ipoff Blue has not fulfilled their contract as stated and the quality of work is not as represented

Ipoff - Blue Haven Pools wants us to pay for the pool in FULL, BEFORE THEY WILL PLASTER and COMPLETE the construction of our pool. Although Blue Haven's paperwork stipulates, PAYMENTS TO BE MADE AT COMPLETION OF EACH STAGE, they COMPLETELY DISREGARD THIS. Blue Haven has not fulfilled their contract as stated and the quality of work is not as represented.

BEWARE, make sure your contract stipulates in no uncertain terms that you will not pay for stages until they are COMPLETE. Also, make sure it written that you will hold 10% until the job is FINISHED COMPLETELY and EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER.

Most importantly. Do not use blue haven pools!!!
