Just talk to the company to cancel my service. Upset to find out that there is a $180 fee for canceling before 18 months.
This is not communicated to me at all when I signed up for it. I told the customer service that they should be upfront like AT&T wireless about the 18 month period.
There is also a bunch of other thing going on so that they will not return my money. I signed up for auto pay. Now I am very worry that they are going to charge whatever they want to my account. Basically, I don't think this company can be trusted.By the way, when I signed up, I had to pay $200 deposit. I was told that they will return $5 every month. It is not true. They never did.
