I signed up for DirecTV and when my first bill came in it was a lot higher than what it should have been. I called them and they said that I was originally told the wrong price and that they would not honor the original agreed upon price. I contacted the BBB and DirecTV said “Our service agreement does not guarantee pricing”. If I signed up for service and then decided that I do not want to pay the contracted price, I would be liable for the termination fee. DirecTV should be to the same standards as their customers. This is poor customer service and reflects bad management.
