I ordered Beauty and the Beast on 11-23-09 the company emailed me on 11-24-09 and said it shipped and it could take 1 to 2 weeks possibly longer I have contacted them 8 times by email asking for a tracking number or reply and they still haven't contacted me I cannot find any phone number or address for them.
