Qantas is in trouble for good reasons. Despite many conversations with agents regarding meal and seat requests, none were recorded. No special attention or compassion was given to me, despite being very pregnant.in fact, I was met with rudeness and told that maybe I shouldn't be flying if I don't feel well. I felt fine - I just needed some extra legroom as anyone who's ever been pregnant understands.

To add insult to injury, I was told that all the front row seats had been given to those who needed them. This was obviously not the case when I went to check out the situation after take-off. Thanks for all your understanding Qantas. You'll obviously understand when I choose to fly with any other carrier but you in future.
