Excellent customer service

In the past 2 and half months have made eight flights 6 being qantas and one being Virgin. Qantas customer service wins hands down I am on crutchs due to a cruched heel qantas staff have been more than accommodating each time, More then I can say in regards to Virgin staff not accommodating very rude. Maybe these persons complaining about qantas staff should travel Virgin and then you appreciate the excellent service Qantas provides.
