When ever you sign up for any new service with big companys use a credit card then cancel it. This will ensure they cannot charge you any fees at their will. Beware of Direct, Embarq, Sprint and bundaling service. They lie to you then your bill continues to go up. Then you have to fight with each company that is a part of the package. Each one blaims the others for extra charges.
