This company needs to be shut down! I have the same problems as all of the other complaints I read. Lured by a promise of a free 30-day supply for $3.95 or $4.95 S/H, only to find out later my account had been charged twice. When I called, I was told I did indeed authorize the withdrawals & it was too late to return the 1st bottle, return the 2nd bottle to the address on the envelope, then I was mysteriously cut off. I then noticed that I was couldn't return it without authorization. When I called back, I couldn't get through. I finally got through again and after explaining my problem, the connection was lost again. These people are very rude, Rachael Ray should demand her likeness be taken off their website.
