Wrong food, missing item and cold hashbrown at Covington drive-thru

I went thru the drive thru of the Crowell Rd store in Covington Georgia this morning, and I got not only the wrong food but an item was missing out of my bag that I ordered. By the time I had gotten where i was going i had a cold hashbrown. It was about 930 am and they were not busy and had only 2 cars plus mine in drive thru. I am not a rude customer by any means I know it doesn't make anything better but someone needs to know so they can fix it.
