No sanwhich... Wrong sandwhich... Cold hashbrowns. What gives - bad manager/incorrect food

I went thru the drive thru of the mcd's up the street from my parents house. The first time i left the drive thru i was missing a breakfast sandwhich and got the wromg sandwhich at the same time. And on top of that by the time i got to my parents house my hashbrowns r cold. What gives? This particular mcd's has been problems since they opened a few years ago. I have gotten either cold food or unfriendly service. Does this actually reach who it NEEDS to reach???
