Slow Service, Ice Cold Fries and Wrong Happy Meal Order

We went into McDonald's in Pueblo yesterday to get just a quick bite to eat and the service was so slow and poor customer service. I ordered a 6 pc nuggut happy meal and the stupid kid could not ring it up right. We also ordered 2 big mac's the food was all cold the french fries were ice cold cooked in old oil, and cooked twice. I worked in fast food and I know when it is cooked twice. My child who always eats the full 6 nuggets didn't want to eat them. She is only 3 years old and she said "yucky". If a 3 year old says yucky and won't eat you know there is something wrong! Needless to say we will not be eating at McDonald's anymore. There also was no napkins or ketchup available.
