McDonalds, McDonalds Restaurant I had to reorder 4 times in VERY slow english and then ended up with with missing food and the wrong food

I had to order my food 4 times in VERY slow english and still had missingand wrong food on a VALUE MEAL. It was given to me without fries (and I paid for them).in addition the person individually charged me for EACH item rather than the Value Meal that I ordered.
