Worst service ever! - Breakfast Service

The McDonalds, located at 456 Blossom hill, San Jose, Ca, needs to cited by corporate or BBB for having really poor customer service. First off, this is not a fast food establishment. This morning, I ordered a number 2 (egg mcmuffin meal) to-go, which is a simple and common item. As I watched more and more cars drive pass in the drive thru, and customers inside wait with frustration, the staff just seemed unorganized, rude, and clueless. First off, where did u hire them? I love mcdonalds, but have never been to such a poorly run establishment. I finally got my "to-go" order at least 15 long painful minutes. During that time, I saw two other customers get incorrect items/orders/missing items. After 15 mins and having to escalate to the manager, they finally called my number, #41. #47 and 53 were called prior. Best part, I leave, get in my car and my food is cold. Have u ever had a cold egg mcmuffin? To make matters better, my has towns were missing in the bag. I called the manager when I got home and she barely spoke English and just kept saying "sorry, thanks for calling" it was weird. So McDonalds... From all the great memories I've had eating ur breakfast... I'm just really disappointed in your failure to build solid establishments. Shame on you.
