Horrible customer service to an elderly lady trying to buy brick pavers asking about price matching. This company treated her with rudeness and basically told her she was a liar about the products being the same. Rather than making a $1000 sale, they lost this customer and anyone associated with her. Treatment of customers, rather than rules and rudness should be priority. Had the customer rep just told her that they did not match, the lady would have purchased the pavers, but because they were mean and rude, they lost a customer and a whole lot more.
