Rip-off! Customer Service at the Home Depot sucks as of lately

We had a kitchen install by the Home Depot and many promises of how they would take care of us if anything ever would go wrong. Well bull to that. We have had to fight then for any service to our kitchen... The latest is a counter install by Az Laminate. It has a big bubble by a seam and now the excuse is that it is water damage and we will see what we can do. Well there is no water damge and AZ Laminate is known to have many problems (this is a fact per the AZ Register of Contractors).. This a counter that because of many mistakes has double in price. For what these counters cost I could have install Granite by now.

I have notice recently that the customer at Home Depot has no chance of getting customer service. This just looks like a new trend and I know that it has to do with their new CEO. This person will take Home Depot down because you're as good as your customer service is. He came over from GE and I can see why GE didn't make him one of their CEO.

In other words "Customer Service at the Home Depot sucks as of lately". My hubby has hired then to do the bathrooms and I am very afraid of how that will go. As for the counter still waiting for service and today is August 10 and the complain was in May! Well good luck to all of us who have done business with the Home Depot becuase it sure has change!
